Production Process
Melting: Heating high-purity aluminum ingots above their melting point to melt them into liquid aluminum.
Refining: Removing impurities and gases from the liquid aluminum to improve its purity.
Casting: Pouring the refined liquid aluminum into specific molds, cooling and solidifying to form aluminum ingots or aluminum billets.
Drawing: Passing the aluminum ingots or aluminum billets through a wire drawing machine to gradually reduce their diameter, forming the desired diameter of pure aluminum wire.
