The company is based on the land and sea transportation advantages of Tianjin Xingang, Beijing-Shanghai, Jingfu, and Danla Expressway. After seven years of hard work, it has developed into a group enterprise with six directly affiliated companies. The marketing network covers 25 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions and more than ten countries and regions across the country.
Tianjin Jinhe Bimetal Wire Co., Ltd. has completely independent intellectual property rights and 6 utility model technology patents. It takes "Jinhe" brand alloy aluminum rod, pure aluminum electrical round aluminum rod and bare aluminum wire as its leading products. The products are mainly divided into two parts: the alloy part mainly produces 8030, 8176, 6101, 6201, 5050, and various series of alloy aluminum rod and alloy aluminum wire vigorously promoted by the State Grid, the annual output of each series of alloy aluminum rods is 30,000 tons. The mechanical properties, electrical properties and chemical composition of 8-series and 6-series alloy aluminum rods and intermediate annealing alloy aluminum wires conform to ASTM B800-5 and ASTM 6201-T81 standards respectively. They are widely used in power cables and overhead lines to replace steel cables and steel-core aluminum stranded wires.
The pure aluminum part mainly produces pure aluminum rod and bare aluminum wire for the production and manufacture of aluminum enameled wire and copper clad aluminum wire. The company is the domestic production of such products professional enterprises. Through hundreds of experiments and technological innovation in the past 7 years, the company has worked out a set of aluminum rod production process suitable for the needs of aluminum enameled wire and copper-clad aluminum wire products.
