Production Process
Melting: Heating high-purity aluminum ingots above their melting point to turn them into liquid aluminum.
Refining: Removing impurities and gases from the liquid aluminum to improve its purity.
Casting: Pouring the refined liquid aluminum into specific molds, which cool and solidify to form aluminum ingots or billets.
Drawing: Passing aluminum ingots or billets through a drawing machine to gradually reduce their diameter, forming pure aluminum wire of the desired diameter.
Application Fields
Power Industry: Used for manufacturing wires and cables, especially widely applied in medium and low voltage transmission lines, effectively reducing costs.
Electronic Devices: Used for manufacturing pins and connecting wires for electronic components, due to its good conductivity and plasticity, meeting the requirements for miniaturization, lightweight, and high performance in electronic devices.
Architectural Decoration: Can be used for decorative lines, curtain wall keel, etc., its lightweight and corrosion-resistant characteristics make it an ideal architectural decoration material.
Packaging Industry: Can be made into aluminum foil for packaging products such as food, pharmaceuticals, and cosmetics, effectively preventing moisture, oxidation, and spoilage.
